WARNING: WATCH YOUR STEP! Food and service were great for me, but the main entrance has a huge step up that is easy to ignore (and maybe deserves more signage as you walk in). I face-planted and they said it happens all the time...

I LOVE dunkin' donuts, as every other self respecting new englander does. However, this place is just kind of MEH. Some mornings they're fast and work together and other mornings they are slow and inattentive. It's hit or miss but they always get my coffee right and I guess that's whats really important.

It's small but very well run there is a couple of tables so you can sit in the good view of the square

Hey, It's DD, which is really a coffee outlet that sells donuts. And egg-like sandwiches. Consistency can be a good thing.

We tried to get donuts to go 5 minutes before store close time at 9.00 pm. The employee kinda rushing us to make selections. She said store close by 9.00 pm. Otherwise the donuts are delicious. Location close to our hotel at hyatt place Medford. Clean store. Right in the medford busy street. We got verities of donuts and my favorite is Boston Creme (who does not like Boston Creme?? In Boston) My kids love the plain glaze donuts.
